Lielākā daļa uztura padomu māca tev sekot. Sekot plānam, sekot diētai, sekot kādam citam. Mana metode māca tev saprast — lai tu vairs nevienam neseko, arī man ne.

You’re not learning to count. You’re learning to recognize when you’re full and why sometimes you don’t want to stop. Satiety – a combination of volume, taste, calories, and regularity – is what calms hunger. Without it, binging starts.

Sustainability, not speed

I don't promise quick, short-term results. I promise that after a year, you'll still be where you want to be. Losing weight cannot be a lifelong project – it's small stages, between which you eat normally.

Bez guru, bez vainas

I myself used to eat croissants. I have gone through excess weight and Graves' disease. If you can't follow a plan—it's not your fault, it's the plan that doesn't work with human nature.
